Fall:         Friday, October 22    4pm - 9pm      Saturday, October 23  10am - 5pm
               Sunday, October 24   10 am - 5pm

Where:    The Blackfoot Inn     5940 Blackfoot Trail S.E.  Calgary, Alberta

Admission:  $5.00 at the door, children 12 and under free.  Free parking.                                     

Application Process:  Please click on the application/contract for full details.   Once we receive your mailed in (posted) application, we will notify you of your acceptance.  When our spaces are filled we will send you a map showing your location at the show, the set up information, and postcards/posters for advertising etc.  Feel free to contact Patti with any questions or to let us know your application is in the mail.

Cost:      BEYOND has one size booth space which is 5’deep by 10’ wide.  The cost for the three days is $345.00 Your space is not separated by pipe and drape.  You attend all the days of the show.  Tables are available for $30.00.  Or bring your own.  Electrical is free, you bring your own lighting, cords and power bars.  Two chairs are provided.  
 
Categories:   Included but are not exclusive to: paintings and photography (prints and giclees accepted) pottery and ceramics, glass, paper, jewellery, fashion, woodwork, sculpture, fibre, candles, baby wear, bath and body.

Eligibility:  The art/craft must be handmade.  

Marketing:  Beyond advertises to some 50 online, print, and media sites.  We are on face book and twitter.  Swerve Magazine/ Calgary Herald and The Calgary Sun wrote articles for our 2009 show.  In 2009, we partnered with Swerve Magazine with a ticket give away.  We create a poster and postcard which are wildly distributed.  BEYOND is advertised in many community newsletters.  Our advertising is extensive and professionally managed.  You, our artists and artisans, all help to promote the show.
